A wide range of payment methods including UPI, net banking , credit and debit cards are available using Phonepay payment gateway.
What is TOT? Is it just another social networking site?
Tale of Tails (TOT) is one of its kind of dedicated platform for pet parents where pet parents can socialize with other like-minded pet parents and animal lovers, explore different pet care service providers like Vets, trainers, nutritionist, behaviorists, pet boarding’s, pet sitters, pet walkers and others. TOT also helps you experience their services and rate and review them helping fellow pet parents in making informed decision.
What type of services do we provide?
Enabling responsible pet parenting by empowering pet parents with access to trusted ecosystem partners. Currently, we are providing services like vet consultation, nutritional consultation, pet sitting services, pet training, animal rescue advice, and many more.
How can I schedule an in-home appointment?
Navigate to the Service Tab -> Set the location radius to 15 km -> Choose the category-> Filter Services -> Pick the desired service->And then Select Date and Time. Note:- Home appointments are scheduled upon confirmation from the pet care service provider. Once your booking is confirmed by the pet care provider, your appointment is guaranteed. On successful booking of the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from support@taleoftails.in

Do we charge extra for in-home appointments?
The charges for in-home appointments vary based on the pet care service providers.
What areas do you serve for in-home appointments?
We offer in-home appointments for areas within a 15 km radius.
What are Pawlove and how pet parents can earn them?
Pawlove can be earned on your social engagement activities as follows Activity Pawlove earned Profile creation 100 every time login 10 Profile completion 50 Posting Photos 10 Posting Audios 10 Posting Videos 20 Likes 5 Shares 5 Friend requests send 5 Friend requests received 10 Create Groups 10 Comments 5
What are TOT credits and how can pet parents earn them?
TOT credits can be earned on availing services as follows: Activity TOTcredits earned Booking appointments 100 Payment through our platform 200 Ratings provided on the service availed from the pet care service provider 100 Reviews provided for the pet care service provider 100 Apppointment cancelled -50 Appointment rescheduled -25 *Basis Pawlove points earned, eligibility of reschedule and num of reschedules possible
Do Pawlove and TOT credentials badges serve any practical purpose, or they just for show?
Pawlove and TOT credits can be encashed as discounts.
Where can I find the booked services?
In the left sidebar menu, you can access the appointment section to find your booked services.
Can I exchange points for cash or a cash equivalent?
Points cannot be exchanged for cash by pet parents. However, they can encash the Pawlove and TOT credits as discounts.
How does the chat feature work on your website?

How can users contact service providers if direct chat is not allowed?
Pet parents won’t have direct contact with the pet care provider, but they can address any issues using support tickets or connect with us on +91-6262303095.
What should I do if I have a question or need assistance related to a Service?
Pet parents can raise support ticket or WhatsApp us the query on +91-6262303095.
How many types of groups a pet Parent or Pet Care Provider can create?
Pet parents are free to make as many groups as needed, there is no restriction on number of groups a user can form. You can form groups with pet parents in your society, colony, city or you can have group with other pet parents of the same breed. The objective of the group is to facilitate interactions and share knowledge in the community.
What are support Tickets and how to use them?
Pet parents can raise Support tickets to raise requests or inquiries to our support team for assistance or resolution of issues like technical problems, account-related questions, billing inquiries, feature requests, and more. You can access this function by going to the “Support Ticket” tab on the platform.

How to set up your service?
Go to the My Service tab located in the left-side Menu bar -> Click on the Add New Service button, and carefully fill in the necessary details.

Is there a cost associated with becoming a provider on your platform?
For now, there is no charge for becoming a service provider on our platform.
Do you offer any promotional features or marketing assistance for pet care providers on your platform?
Certainly, promotional features are determined by the badges achieved by the service provider. Badges are awarded when the provider successfully delivers services.
How is the platform going to earn through your transaction?
We charge nominal convenience fees on the transaction.
What if I don’t receive my amount in T+2 days?
Be rest assure that you will receive your payment in T+2 days, but if due to some technical glitch if it doesn’t get transfer than please email us on support@taleoftails.in or connect with our team on +91-6262303095 and our team will be take care of it.
What are the benefits of listing the service on your platform?
Tale of Tails is a unique platform fully dedicated to the needs of the pet parents and pet parents are appreciating it. The pet care providers will get access to pool of pet parents and visibility to showcase their services. This will help in increasing revenue for the pet care providers. Apart from this, pet care providers can avail appointment management services and download ledgers from the portal. Hence, we help you take care of your most time consuming activities so that you can focus on core business.
Is there any penalties for canceling the confirmed appointment?
If the confirmed appointment is cancelled by the pet care service provider than your badges and the rating will be affected. Hence, we request you not to cancel the confirmed appointments.
What if the customer cancels the appointment?
Customers are allowed to cancel the appointment only 4 hours before the appointment time. If the customer cancels the appointment lesser than 4 hours of actual appointment time, then the booking amount will be non- refundable to the customer and you will receive that amount after deducting the government taxes.
How to use a support ticket?
Please reach out to the support tab on our platform and raise the ticket.
Can I communicate with customers before providing services to discuss details or answer questions?

Do I have the option to offer promotions for my services?

Do I have the option to offer discounts for my services?
Certainly, you can offer a discount for your services by adjusting the sale price. Simply go to the service tab, choose the specific service, click on “edit service,” and modify the sale price.
What are badges and how pet care providers can earn them?
Pet care providers earn badges by delivering successful services to the pet parents depending upon the certain number of appointments.
Do badges serve any practical purpose to pet care providers or are they just for show?
It helps pet parents to build trust on the services by the pet care providers as badges are obtained on successful completion of service delivery by the pet care providers.
